psxnut: i asked you to help unlock phone and you keap saying for me to follow rules. everyone else asked you the way i asked to unlock phones and you sent them the unlock codes.

Country: Hungary
Network: Pannon
someone gave me the 7 codes but i've tried the 7th then the 1st then the 5th but nothing happened and the codes that i've tried are as follows:

#pw+138104251643413+5#
why it doesn't respond?
should i insert other sim card and try the codes while the card is inside the phone?
please help me !
