Implement MPEG to existing DVD?

Hi there, I was wondering if it would be possible to somehow put an MPEG and/or a .VOB file from another DVD and overwrite a file on an existing DVD. For instance, for a school movie project, I am doing a Matrix spoof, say I want to put my fake version of the Matrix on DVD, using the same menus from my Matrix DVD. Pretty much I'd be replacing the main title with my movie rather than the actual movie.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you! :)
