Hi there,
I guess this question has prob been answered before but whenever i compress DVDs using either DVD Shrink,Clone DVD or DVD FAB i end up with black borders on top and bottom of the screen or as it is known, letterbox mode.

Is it possible to compress a DVD without having these borders as a consequence?
Thanks
Ppower

For those programs to provide full screen backups you must provide full screen dvds.

It's wide screen. HD you know. It's better because you get an extra half foot on the sides that you nomally wouldn't be able to see. Regular just seems better. some dvds give you the option of what you'd rather watch. That's how it supposed to be. It's not a consequence. It's a perk.
