I tried using my slidetool to slide the white pin across and now the pin is stuck all the way to the right. How do i get it out??

My disk dosent eject anymore and the blue light just flashes!

Jammed up, probably. That's why I shied away from the slide tools and spent a little more for my flip top. You can try disassembling it to put everything back where it goes. I can't help you with that though, because I don't remember the specifics of the internal parts.

I use the slide tool. If you pull out the tray all the way, then push it in until it wont go further. Grab the white pin at the right (assuming you can still see it) and give it a forceful pull to the left - There shouldn't be anything that is getting in the way of the pin mechanically (unless part of the tool has broken off!) so your not able to do any damage with a small plastic card.

The slide tool generally works well if you make sure you visualize the pin throughout (rather than using it "blindly" as the instructions seem to suggest) - a torch might help!
