Neph banned him, and rightfully so, he pretends to be a mod and harasses people here and on the finnish forums. with any post happy asshole being able to reach the ranks of senior member now, dRD has given us the power to ban seniors as well as the lower ranks.

Sounds good. It is true that a lot of people just post for the sake of ranks now and the abuse their rank, but myself and a lot of other addicts and seniors have helped alot and they helped me when i was still a newb :)

yeah i know we still have a bunch of deserving higher ranking members, and we are currently working on a way to let them stand out and show that they earned their ranks by more than just post count.

just a thought.

i was on the apple forum today lookin for help with my ipod. at the top of the posts, it gives other users the chance to `rate this post`.

This would be a good idea because then next to the names of people it could have someething like 'help rating'

This will give people something to be truly proud of and it will also mean people who want to be 'highly ranked' will do it morally correctly.

@DVDBack23. grats on becoming a senior. you are a deserved senior and you have helped me out many times. by the way.....i'd just like to know what your name means.. lol

Thanks, im glad to know i helped some people on the way up the ladder :)

As for my name....{thinks about it}....I dont knwo why i picked that name actually, the 23 is for Michael Jordan but otherwise your guess is as good as mine :) I think when i started i wanted to write DVDisBack23 but forgot the IS. LMAO
