Someone please help me i have a unmodded ps2.I plug it in the tv, the lights are on,the disk is spinning but i dont get any display or sound.

any help appreciated

Sounds like southing couls be wrong with your A/V
cable. Do you have another PS2 you culd test it on.
A friends or something?
If not the cord then i am not sure.
One other thing it could be is that your TV has a seperate
mode or channel for this function. I know both of mine have
a button on the remote that i have to press when using my PS2
If not it is just a black screen.
Some are buttons on the remote marked AV or Video or something.
Some TV's are chanels that come before your first real TV
channels (2).

i have to ps2's a slim and a thick its the thick thats not working (the slim my little bro uses)
but its not the av cords couse i tried the slim with them and its not the tv becase i tryied the slim on that as well

after it was not working some one dropped it not to hard but it started working again but now its gone back to how it was no sound no display
