shifty01,
What you want to do is right click on the device that is in PIO and uninstall it from the computer. Then re-boot and let the OS re-find the device. Go back in and it should be in DMA mode if available.
If it stays in PIO then you have conflicts w/in the computer and you should try and D/L a free registry cleaner ( google for a free one)and clean the registry. Then once that is done now re-boot and see if the device is still in PIO
If that does not work open te side of the case and verify all of the cables are properly seated and connected properly to the MOBO. Make sure you unplug the power cord from the back of the computer and make sure you are not carring and static. To get rid of the static touch the metal frame of the case and it should discharge. Now check the cables

Glad to see you got her going. Just remember, something made that controller go into pio mode. When you get around 5 burn errors in a row, windows will revert these channels to pio mode for safety purposes. Usually crappy media is the culprit. That's why I recommend the quality media.

What brand name/format/ and speed rate is your blank media?
How fast are you burning them?

yeah saugmon .. i believe the same thing thats why i use TDK DVD-R 4.7 (8x)

Yeah i was burning them at 8x too .

is there any better ??

Those TDK should ID at TT-g02. That code has been turning up on quite a few Nero burn logs last week. I haven't used TDK,but the dash format is a heck of a lot better than their plus.

Better Media?
Taiyo yuden and Verbatim data life plus are the top 2 brands.I'd throw Ritek and Maxell up there as well.
