A proxy is like a middle man, you have to go through it b4 you get to were your going. go to http://www.samair.ru/proxy/ for a list of proxy's and then enter them into your browser, example of how to enter a proxy using IE





for example if you have a proxy with the IP address of 11.11.111.1:80 you enter like shown in the pic

you dont need to reconfigure there are free services for example http://www.guardster.com/subscription/proxy_free.php simply click that link type in ps2nfo.com and it should allow you to surf on it without being told you are restricted although your account may not work.
Your ISP should have a free proxy mines does and i used to use that, but PS2NFO are a bunch of nazis and they suck i havent visited there site for over 5 months since i found out the real truth about them i dont want anything to do with that BS

Yeah, they suck A$$!
The only thing they have going for them is the fact
that it is harder to find patches for games anywhere
else. But since that is becoming less common, who need them.
Part of the reason i bought a mod chip.

You don't need PS2NFO for anything. Just check out http://ps2banz.pxn-os.com to find out why they are the worse excuse for a scene site on the planet and then visit www.tehskeen.net, www.ps2hd.com, www.maxconsole.net for all of your file needs!
