Me too i have problem with shrink 3.2 sometime it freeze during the encodage or sometime it freeze during the burning help me please!!!
:(
I have a lite-on dvdrw sohw1693s
I have nero express
I have 760 mo ram, cpu 2.80 ghz, 2.79 ghz

help me please :( If you need more information just ask me

It seems it might be a problem with encryptions. Either, burn an ISO to the HD with Decrypter first or use AnyDVD and let it run in the background.

I DONWLOAD AnyDVD AND I TRY AGAIN TO BURN ... IT'S WORK!!! BUT I TRY A SECOND TIME AND THAT DOES'NT WORK. IT WAS WRITTEN:" DVD Shrink ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR AND CANNOT CONTINUE PROGRAMMING ERROR-EXCEPTION OCCURED (DESCRIPTEUR NON VALIDE)" HELP ME :(

ANOTHER THING I JUST DONWLOAD DVD Decrypter AND I NOTICE THAT DRIVE C:/ FAT32 DOES NOT SUPPORT SINGLES > 4 GB AND DRIVE D:/ FAT32 DOES NOT SUPPORT SINGLE FILES > 4GB HOW CAN I FIXE THAT ??? :(

If you rip the movie in File mode (click Mode, then File) you should get a bunch of files about 1GB in size. Just dump them in an empty folder and don't alter the order of the files or delete any of them.

Do you know that there is two function in Caps Lock? -on and off

I had that problem when i first started out and couldn't understand it, happened with a few different programs, it boogled my brain for ages as i had an ok computer that should have done it. Any way i have 512 mb of what must be cheap ddr333 memory, in my bios i changed this to run at 266 and since then (over a year now) i haven't had one single problem all films now shrink first time every time, and it's no longer hit and miss.
I do normally build my own computers and will never buy a prebuilt one again.
