if your dvd burner is rated at 16x. that usually means that its fastest speed that it can burn is 16x. therefore, it should be able to burn from 1x to 16x, depending on the software and dvd media you use. DVD Decrypter does allow most ppl to burn at 4x.
i don't fully understand the second ?, but you can put as little or as much data on a dvd. usually, you at least burn 1 GB. you can burn a cd game onto a dvd. (see other threads if you need to know how)
the third ?, i honestly don't know.

yes, just set DVD Decrypter to 1X write speed
and it will usually burn at the best speed for the
media you are using.
Most games are between 2-4 GB's
can you put more than one on a DVD, yes it can be done
but it is really more of a pain than it is worth
for the $1 it costs you for a DVD.

BURN AT 2X OR LESS.
If you have an 8x burner, that just means the max it can burn at, it can burn from 1x-8x.
To backup a PS2 game simply put it in your dvd rom, open DVD Decrypter, press ISO READ and when it is done put a blank media in your burner adn select the image you just made and use ISO WRITE AT 2X OR LESS.

You may want to search this site for that game name
i think i remember NBA Street needing to be patched
could be wrong, but rather than wasting discs do a search.
and set DVD Decrypter to 1X and let it burn at the best speed
for the media. 8x DVD's work well when burned at 4X speeds,
but i would not go above 4X
