OK. I want to take something I downloaded from the internet an dburn it onto a DVD+R. I know I have read through the steps on other threads, but they seem veyr confusing as this is the first timei have ever tried this. Ok, first i used GSPOT to determine the codec needed and i downloaded it no problem, but gspot said that it is a OpenDML AVI, is this a .avi file? I have other questions but I need to know this first thanks for all your help.

Hi there,

If you wish to convert .AVI files to DVD format, and burn then on a DVD Media, then you can use VSO DivXtoDVD.

It's simple and does a good job :)
