dvd shrink says i can change the region code 1 more time but it wont do it, does anyone know why it does this or what i should do? Thanx

Rip the DVD first using DVDDecrypter as it changes the region code to 0 which means there is no region code on the movie

As Car.Mike said, as long as you rip in file mode in Decrypter first, you should have a regionless movie that plays in all standalone dvd palyers, all over the world.

It will be region free but, you then have to look at whether you will have to convert PAL to NTSC or vise versa.
