.MDS or .ISO, which file do I burn?

I decrypted a DVD with the ISO Read on DVD Decrypter. Now, I want to burn it. But there's two files in the folder. It's a .mds file and a .iso file. Which one do I pick to burn the DVD?

If using Decrypter then click on the MDS file, it contains all the info.
