SNL 25th Anniversary problem

I recently turned a friend onto the DVD Shrink/ DVD Decrypter dynamic duo. He's backed up a few discs successfully, but "Saturday Night Live 25" gives him problems. It gets about 50% through the shrink process then quits. Anyone else have issues with this disc?

What is the exact error message he/she gets when using DVD Shrink on it? (word for word please)
