I tried with shrink first and then tried decypter and got this error: http://img233.imageshack.us/img233/7109/dvderror7qh.jpg

any ideas whats wrong with it?

we need a little more information
is the disc new?
are you trying to backup the complete disc or movie only
what media are you useing?
if it's a new disc it could be dirty...scratched or a bad press
if you are trying to copy a copy again it could be dirty...scratched or a bad copy
media does'nt apply at this stage because you haven't started the burn proccess
give us this info to give us some where to start from

This error occours when the disc is damaged and scratch try cleanning it and then Decrypt it again

also

It maybe as was said b badly pressed...

I agree with the others it is probably a disk issue. Try cleaning it or get another original. I backed this movie up using an old version of Xcopy there is no special protection on it. Decrypter should just breeze through it.
