DVD X Copy Platinum activation problems

Suspended due to non-functional email address

I installed a new hard drive and can't activate the "DVD X Copy Platinum" program which I bought about a year and a half ago at "Best Buy." I have the box, license ID and Password. No receipt and can't remember the email I used to register it. Can anyone help?
