SOS cant play dvds movies on modded ps2(messiah 2 chip)

and also cant play ps1 games but plays ps2 dvdgames fine!

any ideas????

When you insert a dvd does it start or green image.
Also ps1 games can be forcefully started bij holding the power button 3 seconds in
