PAL MDS/MDF NTSC ISO

Just a quick question...

I'd like to change the format of my PAL PS2 game (MDS/MDF) format to an NTSC ISO format so I can use my PS2 PAL 2 NTSC Converter program.

If I use isobuster, (i've heard about that one a little bit around the boards) to convert my file to ISO, do i select the MDS or MDF file?

Searching around i've found MagicISO... could I use this instead?

Same question still applies. MDS or MDF for NTSC ISO?

I have to extract the files in MDS or MDF then create as an ISO so I can convert the particular PAL file to NTSC. Just wondering which file and now i'm wondering which program of the two?

If you can spare a disk, just burn the MDF/MDS to a DVD then use DVD Decryptor and rip it into an iso. Took all of about 20 minutes for me when I tried it. Foolproof method.
