Take the side of your case and blow out the inside of your computer. Make sure you blow out the fans and CPU heat shrink. Leave the sides off the case (at first) and run DVD Shrink again. It should no reboot.

Your pc specs are low,but adequate. I've got a p-3 celeron 598 mhz/256 mbs rimm/and extra 30 gig hd on my very reliable backup pc. It's pretty quick on the 0% compressed backups, but the highly compressed ones with the adaptive error compensation enhancement definitely slow it down.

Is this 1 certain disc or any disc?

After opening the case and cleaning out the dust, maybe even point a fan in it and it doesn't help, Try:
Uninstalling DVD Shrink and download it again. If same thing occurs:
Try ripping with DVD Decrypter in file mode, then compress those ISO files using DVD Shrink and see what happens.
Check for spyware and virus's on your pc.

I have been having the same problem.
But a millisecond before my system shuts down, i see an error message that comes up. Does that have to do with anything?
I have been using DVD Shrink for a while and it started happening yesterday. This sometimes happen to some DVDs and some others copy good. I shut down almost all running programs.
My PC Specs are:
3.2 Pentium 4
512 MB RAM
Nvidia 5900
3 Fans
and I cleaned all the fans 2 days ago.

Help would be very appritiated. Thanks

Did you take the side of the case off and let DVD Shrink run then?

Have you checked to see if the "all" the fans are working properly? Dust and debris can still accumulate on the processor with 6 fans, I would advise opening it up to verify the fans are working and to clean (blow out) the dust.
