hi i'm new at this i have some vob files one my hard drive that i got from using dvd decrypter but when i click on open file on dvd shrink and try to open them it says

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue
Failed to open file "C:\ROBOTS\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.IFO"
The system cannot find the file specified.

Am I doing something wrong???

Sounds as if you ripping just the main movie files in DVD Decrypter. You need to rip "All Files". DVD Shrink requires a full set of compliant DVD files.

Look at the link in my sig on how to use DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink together for a tutorial on how to do it properly.

If you did rip just the movie files with Decrypter, then just open Shrink and use your Re-author button on the tool bar, when the screen comes up browse to where your Video_TS file is and just drag the title over. Shrink will then proceed to do your movie.
