I have tried backing up multiple dvds but every time i try to play them it says that this disk may not have the playback feature on it...... what is going on?

I am using the decrypter from here and the shrink from here..... I am using the burning software that was on my comp....... ( I dont have a lot of money to get a better burning software because I just got the laptop)
