no ifo files only vob...how to create ifo for shrinking with dvdshrink

ok, so i got 26 video files that are .vob only and they dont have an ifo file to go with them. i've tried using ifoedit but i cannot seem to get it to work. i click the "create ifo" tab and then i put my vob file and where i want it to go and then it says "couldn't find any vob unit in vob file(s)"

any help would be great. thanks.

where did these VOB files come from? Did you download them?

You didn't rename the original files to VOB did you?

i dled some .AVI files then use a program to change them to .VOB and when i load them in IFOEdit, after its done processing them all, it just sorta freezes

I don't know what to say. I'm stumped. Maybe try a different program to convert the AVI to VOB??
