I purchased DvD xcopy pPlatinum 4.0.3.8 and when i start to burn a message pops up stating that this dvd is encrypted with css and that the software can not burn dvd. I have this version on a second computer and have burned these dvd,s before so i don understand what is going on. Did i not install it corrctly or what, can anyone help?

you probably got the RF version (Ripper Free). This means it can't handle copy protected DVDs. Try a program like DVD43 or AnyDVD along with X Copy, either of those should get around that problem. Don't use both of them though (both being DVD43 and AnyDVD), they don't like each other.
