Hi, i'd like to know whether a ps2 rental place would be able to tell if you have copied one of their games to your pc hard drive?

Also, would anyone recommend the following: hdadvance 3.0 & Swap magic 3.6.

Thanks

as far as i know they cant tell because when u burn a game u just read it, u cant write into the disk and leave anything for them to say its been written on. i just bought smd with the slide card, definenlty recommend it. the directions r kind of hard to read but if u get it, the slide card with the hook facing towards the RIGHT. they call it the arm and i got confused and was using it wrong and cracked it down the middle .

If you back up games from Blockbuster, when you dont have the originals then thats piracy. That is forbidden here, and its agasint the law!

funny...not so long ago their was a thread like this and people replied about tracking devices and other general nonsense but just because they can't track you, it doesn't mean that you should do it.

i recommend buying swap magic, but don't buy hdadvance. You can just download it and use swap magic to boot it.

You need a method of booting a copy, if you have swap magic or a modchip then you can download hdadvance or hdloader and then use swap magic to boot it.

can't give out links of where to download games
as mentioned above it is piracy and illegal.
search these posts because i am sure a few people
broke the rules and gave out links or hints on where
to go.

Try www.torrentz.com, this site does not break any rules since it's not a direct link & the files are not stored on the site. It's the Google of torrent searching :)

yes, they have little hidden bar codes on them, which registers the use of a PC dvd burner
i know someone got done for doing just this, but he also told me he has landed on uranus,so i cant be sure whether he was telling the truth.
