V220 with MPT 3.11h can not transfer pictures to my PC

Hello.

I use to transfer pictures from my v220 to my PC but today I received the following message:

Request denied by phone (internal server error 0x50)

Can anybody tell me what is happennig? What can I do to transfer my pic to my pc?
