All I have now are DVD Shrink & Decrypter, plus X-Copy Platinum before Hollywood messed it up.

I did them both with DVDFabDecrypter(free) and Recode2($8 as part of Nero OEM Suite 3).

Nero Recode will compress and burn. I use it all the time w/ AnyDVD running in the background to fool Recode into thinking there is no copy protection.
AnyDVD (21 day free trial). It's well worth the $ and they stay on top of keeping it updated.
