Ok, right after I installed softmodding onto my xbox, I couldn't connect to xbox live, what do I do!?

Because Microsoft doesn't allow modified xboxes to play with LIVE crowd. Whether you can turn off you mod or not and you do get connected, eventually you will get caught and banned by Microsoft.

i installed evox and wen i try to sign on xbl it says start troubleshooter nd i go on it n it coms up in finny ritin :(:(:(:(:(: do i need to buy a new xbox :(

Hey dumby why dont you read the tutorials!!!!! If you install a mod of anysort you ccant play on live!! I bet all he wanted to do was get halo 2 mods using FlashFXP but you didnt need to install the mod all you needed to do was to connect with FlashFXP and you didnt need to install it!!!! SOryy u cant go on live n e more, buy a new box or wait for 360.

If you've been banned form XBOXLIVE yu will need an unbanned EEPROM to access it again from that xbox.
