I just bought a new DVD movie. I want to make a backup copy. But my DVD Decrypter indicates the "disc is empty". I don't understand why. Under DVD Decrypter - Source: [3:1:0] Mitsumi dw-7802te (F) drive.
Mode checked on "file". When the mode is set on ISO read. This is what it shows: (I don't understand what that means.)

So, what am I doing wrong? What setting do I need to change to make it recognize the disc in the F drive?

The DVD decrypter worked fine before. Actually, it worked somethings and other times it won't - "Disc is Empty".
