Hi I just ordered the swap magic 3.6 pal version by mistake,
I have a ntsc ps2, I live in the USA. Do you think the swap disk
will still work even though it is pal version , and i have ntcs,
or should i return it? I thought both versions were the same thing
anyway, I dont know

It will NOT work on your ps2. Your going to have to send it back and get the NTSC version.
