Hi,

Looking for a (prefer) FREE program to change PAL to NTSC.
I have gotten some of movies from another region and they won't play in my player.
I tried to back up a copy with DVDD,compressed with Shrink and wrote with DVDD.
It plays,but the screen rolls up and down.
I was told that is a PAL DVD in a NTSC player.
How do you correct this?

Hi Rotary,

Will these programs convert folders or if the disc(DVD) is in PAL Format?...or both?
