dvd decryptor wont decrypt for the 1st time???

for the 1st time my dvd decryptor will not decrypt it starts but as soon as it starts on vob 1 the speed decreases to 0 then it hits about 15 retries then stops is this a new type of encryption or have i done something wrong never had this prob before anyone any ideas ? thanks.

Sounds more like a dirty or scratched disc. Check out it's condition and/or try cleaning it.
