I am trying to burn a movie I downloaded yesterday.basically the problem is im a moron. now that thats outa the way......
well according to the properties on the movie,(wich is in two parts)
the movie is a video clip. How am I suppossed to convert it into the correct file type to burn it to dvdr?

I usually use this program to convert downloaded movies into DVD files which then can be burned--try this--got it in the guide section here at AD--have fun

thanx I appreciate it.I went through the guide, downloaded nessecary programs but alas Avicodec doesnt support the "movieclip" so I cant convert or any thing. any more advice would be appreciated.

Thats the problem....I can't figure it out. My DivX player will play it, but nothing else supports it. and all the information I can get on the file type is "movie clip" When I check the properties on it.Its the movie sincity,and thats all it says.......Im lost

correction I just uninstalled Avicodec and re-installed it.It still wont support the file,but it says wont support file
dmd-sincity-cd1.AVI. so it is an AVI,but why wont any AVI programs support it. the clip works,I watched it last night.
