my both controllers have gone mad. I plug them in either slot, and they start scrolling, pressing buttons...Ive tried with one of ps1 and its fine. Is it possible that both controllers have gone at the same time. It seems much of a coincidence. Is there a way to repair this?

if it is any help, the analog button is always on and i cant switch it off

i have the same exact problem. 1 of my controllers acts as if all the buttons were pressed and the right analog keeps on scrolling. i'm in the process of trying to fix it.

are the official PS2 dual nalog controllers?
I had a few i bought that were not made by Sony do that
after just about 6 months. So now i only buy Sony

Both are sony dualshock 2 and ive been using them for 2 years now. Is is a coincidence that both controllers have gone bananas at the same time???!lucky me!

Thats strange because it happens to me sometimes when Im playing online. All u have to do is unplug it and plug it back in.

Ive tried that and it didnt work. Im going to borrow another one to see waht happens.

Is is possible that a controller or something like that to deal with the analog mode has gone faulty in the ps2?

If i plug one control of the ps one its fine. This control is a simple one not analog.
