Hey what does this error mean, i made a exploit installer cd from the guide that L-burna does, and it gives me that error when i try to install it. anyone know?

Try using Independence Compiler to make your exploit installer CD. It should put everything together for you the right way. You can download it here http://console.iscentral.net/ .

so if i have a slim ps2 there is no point in trying the exploit and this is probly the reason i get that error right? also, if i cant do this, what other choices besides a modchip do i have?

Yes. There is no point in trying if you have a V12 PS2. And your other option would be Swap Magic disks.
