I installed DVD43, and not only does it not work, but it is causing computer problems. I have tried to uninstall it, but have not been successful. When I right, or left, or double click on the yellow smiley face, nothing happens. I can't close it. When I try to uninstall or delete it, I get a message that I need to close it first, but there is no way to close it out. Does anyone have any ideas about how to get this off of my computer?

Try to press ctrl+alt+Del and shut it down that way the uninstall it

or

If your using Windows XP restart your computer and press the f8 key during boot up and it should bring up the menu to load into SAFE MODE load safe mode then go to your add remove programs and delete it there.

after you uninstall it. restart your computer and it should boot up normal and the program should be off it.

If your not using XP find out how to get into safe mode for your operating system and do the same thing.
