Hi,
A while ago I was trying to burn Cricket 2005 for the PS2 and it wouldnt work. I stumbled across a thread where a user stated that with EA Sports games he found he had to use a method using ISO Buster I think it was.
However now I cant find the thread. Can anyone point me in the right direction or if that user is reading this can you explain the method for me again.
Many Thanks,
Jason.

A method using ISO buster is rebuilding the game.
Here is a link to a flash tutorial which will explain how to do it! It also explains how to use cdvdgen to get the ISO fully rebuilt!

I have been having trouble backing up several 2006 EA Sports game, Nascar and Madden to be exact. I will try this way, but I also think my laser needs adjusting.

There is a much less time consuming way to rebuild games and hasnt failed me yet. Open the iso file with isobuster. Extract all the files from the iso into another folder i.e Madden 06 rebuild(whatever you want to name the folder) When its finished extracting leave isobuster up and open up Nero Burning Rom. Select create a dvd, iso/udf project. When youve done that, drag the files from that rebuild folder in the exact opposite order that isobuster lists them. Meaning the very last file you will drag into the Nero window will be the very first file/folder thats displayed in the Isobuster window.
I had all sorts of issues with all the EA games, i burnt them this way and havent had a problem since. I also find for myself anyways, that if i burn the games at a slower rate, the slower they load. I usually burn them now at around 12x on verbatim 16x DVD -R's

hey, i'm trying to burn cricket 05.
using pimpinIT's method.
i'm up to the stage where u drag files into Nero.
the thing is the files re-arrange themselves in alphabetical order.
my question is does this matter?
i am following what pimpinIT says to do, ie. drag the files in opposite order as to what isobuster says.
help please

Dont worry Nero just puts it in that order!. You still have to drag & drop in in the same order as Iso Buster though.

I don't know that there is a way around it. I think it's a new check added because EA realized everybody was patching their backups with windip. As far as I know there's no way around it. I could be wrong though.
