after reading loads of info i need help plz.
i have got a new dvd writer and have tried to back up my first ps2 game of mortal kombat deception that others have been able to back up.
i have used philips dvd+r's
and have copyied the image with dvd decrypter, then burnt it with the same.
i can only burn as slow a 4x and it copies it ok,but when put into ps2 with swap magic 3.6 with magic switch. it takes ages to load the mk symbol and then just goes back whilst trying to read my disc and oad anything else.
saorry to go on but i am total newb with this and was all ready to make back ups :(
any one who gets theirs working most of the time ,i would apprciate any help.

Switch to DVD-R and try some *QUALITY* media. Here is a media guide to help you decide what media is good and what is bad, http://teammodders.com/dvd_media.php

You must have 8x discs or higher, and that is why you cannot burn at anything slower than 4x. 4x should not be a problem when it comes to burning your ISO's.
