Hello, i have Swap magic DVD 2.0 and its scratched badly. I was thinking about taking it to game shop to have them run it through a cd repair machine. I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on whether this will fix it or make i worse?

try disc doctor. it makes it look worse but it'll work again

whenever i have a cd or dvd that is scratched i get some brasso metal polish and use a CLEAN yellow duster. pour some metal plish on the duster and rub arouynd the disc in small circles. The data is obviously in between the lable of the disc and the plastic part which is scratched all you are doing with the brasso is making the plastic clear again so the laser can see through it and read it.

Just remember to rub across the disc... Not bit circles right around..
