I have a downloaded ISO that is 4.69gig un-rared.

Winrar is telling me it cant un-rar a file over 4 gig in size on a FAT32 system.

Is there any way around this without changing my file system?

Not really, unless you want to invest money in a portable drive that's been formatted as ntfs that is...
