The Eye and Dark Water Subtitles gone???

I recently altered the settings on DVDShrink 3.2 and unticked the box relating to subpictures. Since then I have burnt both The Eye and Dark Water with perfect picture and sound but no subtitles!! I have gone through the set-up of each DVD and selected English Subtitles but to no avail.

I have then ticked the subpicture box in DVDShrink but it I'm still not getting any subtitles.

Any advice would be appreciated
