I was just wondering if you can download dvd shrink from your computer on to a blank cd, so that someone else could put dvd shrink onto their computer since they don't have internet.

You can put the downloaded set up program on a cd, DVD, or something like a USB memory stick like a SanDisk cruzer mini. Even an old fashioned floppy disc will work if the file size isn't too big. The computer getting the file needs to have that type of media reader ie. floppy drive. Many computers don't even come with a floppy drive anymore but cd/dvd drives seem to be on most of them now.

Yes you can. the Shrink setup .exe is small enough to fit on a floppy.

edit;
I'd use a CD and put some others on there as well, DVD Decrypter, DVD43, DVDFab Decrypter, etc.

I put these in a single zipped folder here so you can d/l them, they are all the most current versions:

If you just want Shrink on a floppy, find the Shrink.exe.

Right click it and send it to the floppy drive.

I tried it a couple of different ways. The way that worked for me was to use Nero to make a Data DVD although a CD would have been the same process.
Basically I opened the program, selected Data DVD and followed the steps; Browsing for the files, adding them to a compilation and then burning the compilation on the disc. I used a blank DVD-RW to try this.
This is how I've backed up data before. I suppose if you have some other DVD or CD burning program, it would work. Just look for the program feature that lets you make a data DVD or CD.

There are probably better or easier ways to do this, this is just how I would do it.
