I have DVD XCopy Platinum 3.1.1 and I recently had to reformat my drive and now my Xcopy won't work. I only get the Tristana Exception error. I know that I am connected online. I do run a Spyware program and Norton Anti-virus, but I have even tried turning both of them off, which is scary and it still gives me that same error. HELP!!!!!
