Swap magic 3.6 not working for me?

I bought swap magic 3.6. (slide card) And I made backup discs for my original games that I have bought. And they worked. Later, I downloaded disgaea, marvel nemesis, and some other games. I burned all of the games with alcohol 120%. Disgaea worked, but marvel nemesis, x-men legends, and the other games didn't. It either said "invalid ps2 disc" or it loads, but only shows black screen. I'm also using a dvd -r. None of the games needed a fix either. Nero burner also didn't work. Is there any reason for that problem? thanks.

i have successfully back up Marvel Nemesis and X-men legends 2 but difference from you is i only used DVD decryptor to create and burn the games
