hey

i have used dms hdd format to create a partition onto my ps2 hard drive
and sucessfully created one that is 1gb big

i have problems dumping files onto my hard drive
i want to get divx/xvid movies onto my ps2 hdd
so i can play them using ps2reality media player pro
but i have a problem
i cannot dump any files from cd or dvd that has been burned using mode2/xa

please could somebody help me on what to do or to help me by pointing me in the right direction

p.s is there any other way than ftp to send files from cd to ps2 hdd
other than ftp

There's a new tool called PS2 PFS Explorer that will allow you to connect your HDD straight to your PC, create partitions, and add files. It's still fairly new so there are bound to be some bugs in it, but I've been using it a few days and it seems to work fairly well. You can learn more about it here http://explorer.egama.eti.br/ .
