I personally 2nd aabbccdd's notion, these are DEFINITELY NOT FAKES, but, 100% genuine 4x DVD-R TYs :) IF you are lucky, as many people here seem to be, you might even receive the TYGO2s (8x DVD-R ) for the price of the TYGO1s (4x dvd-r) :P
while it has never happened to me before, i believe even aabbccdd has received the TYG02s for the price of TYG01s :)
this is a good price for some GOOD STUFF~ :)
you heard it from me, docTY, i stand behind supermediastore's TYs 100%~ :)

that is correct Kivory ,i have got the TYGO-2s four different times when i payed for the TYGO-1s LOL .
and did you see any movies on my list that you liked? and no hurry on the ones i wanted whenever you get time is fine
btw i have about 15 or 20 more on a new list i can email you

that would be great to email me the new list, i haven't had a chance to really look thru the 1st list yet, but, i might find something i like~ your "backup" is gonna be done in a little bit, as you stated, no hurry, that's how i like it~ :) been busy w/ work, but, will get around to it sooner or later~ i've put my daily backups on hold for this week as time constraint is a real issue these days. rest assured, it's on my "to-do" list and you will get it~ :)

hi, i have never used TY's before, but have heard alot of good things about them. i also saw the 200pk on sale and was intersted in getting it. the only problem is im a lil concerned about ordering that many, when im not sure that they will burn or more so play on my stand alone player. does anyone know where i can first buy a sample pack of 1 or 2 ty's 4x DVD-R media to try out before commiting to buy a large amount? thanks in advance for any help or suggestions

mikeski48 you can call supermedia store or meritline and they will send you an sample pack iam almost postive they will work so thats up to you ,of course you would miss the sale if you did that

thats a good idear aabbccdd, do you think they would be able to tell me if the disks are compatible on my stand alone dvd player?
just for the record, its an onkyo dv-cp702
as for my burner i dont think that will be a problem i have a pioneer dvr-107d i believe, or it might be the dvr-a07 not sure which one. (it does not have the pioneer logo on the front) but, i have yet to get a bad burn with it

they should be fine you might look in your manual to make sure its compatable play BOTH the dash and the plus format ,if you have used the dash format in the standalone before iam sure the Taiyo Yudens will be no exception being able to play them.

iam POSTIVE the Taiyo Yudens will work then and there lots better than the media you listed ,whole lots better lol .so your def. safe ordering them

aabbcc........ check out my movie list in my signature...... I only buy TYs, but the +Rs! I booktype my drive to DVD-ROM so it will play on most DVD players! I buy white hub printables, TYs! My new Epson R320 does a great job in printing on the DVDs! I love it!

i always keep my burns at 4x, even with the 8x discs. i put my order in late last nite with supermediastore. my total came to $60.17 shipped to CT. should be here by wed or thurs next week. ill be sure to let you know how they work out for me.
