Can't back up to a DVD...

I only managed to burn one DVD disc before this happened.
Everytime I go to backup the only available options in the:
Back Up DVD
"Target Device" where it says Select backup Target is: ISO image file. The option for selecting it to my DVD drive is unavailble.
Please help...

Go into Edit > preferences > file I/O and make sure burning w/ Nero has a check mark next to it. That should get you going

I set the preferences to burn w/Nero. It still didn't work. Then I tried re-installing the software and still the problem persists. I also updated to a new version of Nero. Still nothing...

I have tried to duplicate your problem and can not. I have loaded movies into Shrink, unchecked Nero to burn and then rechecked Nero to burn and all are showing. Did you D/L your Version of Shrink from this Site? Somone else had this problem a while back but I can not remember what they did to correct this. Maybe someone can remember what this person did as I am sure it is something simple.
