How do I burn a region 3 DVD and make it a Region 1

When you decrypt the DVD you can make the DVD Region free but your biggest problem is if the movie is in PAL Format as region 1 is NTSC. You will then need to convert the movie to NTSC. This can be done but it is quicker to find another copy of the DVD in region 1 and copy that

its region 3 NTSC - i was able to convert to region 1 using DVD Decrypter - but it did not shrink it and the file is 7 gig - i deleted some of the files that had the same kbs total. got it under 4.7 gig and burned with CloneDVD. it worked but i did not get all the movie. any thoughts on this. this is a double layer dvd in many Asian languages, including english
i cant identify in the 27 files that were created what is in what file

After you used DVDDecrypter and the files are on the HD then you can use DVDShrink to compress the DVD to fit a DVD-5. Below is a site that has pictures and the instructions . You can print them out as go from there. It really is very easy to do. If you have any problems after using the guide or you do not understand any thing that is written come back and we will assist you
