Which is worth getting?? which is easier to install??

Slide tool is cheaper but complex but the flip top is easy and was very easy for me to install

no you also need Swap Magic boot discs
but that and a flip top is all you need

A slide card is like 5$ and flip top is 20$

That's because slide cards suck and are harder to use
Plus you could just make one for free and not buy it.

I would say if its that complex just buy the flip top or if you are going to spend 40$ on swap and 20 on flip top just by a modchip!!!~
