Varbatim DVD-Rs are good! Tayio Yuden too.

I have had most luck with Ritek but I think the consensus is Taiyo Yuden is the best brand. Supermedia.com has a special 200 pack of their 4x for $50. That sale ends after the 29th of september. That's an insane deal

the on's i see most people use are:
TDK, Verbatim, Ritek G04, Taiyo yuden, Philips
i Suggest 8X speed

I only use Maxell DVD+R now. They may cost a little more, but I haven't had a bad burn yet.
