DVD decrypter and getting subtitles

I have a Region 3 version of a movie and want to get the Subtitles in English (I don't mind the Cantonese).

However, each time I try to rip the DVD with DVD decrypter3.4.5.0 it will rip the "menu" to a VOB file that just plays in PowerDVD without letting me select it.

How do I get the 'selectability' of the menu so that I can choose to activate the English subtitles? Is this something I can do with DVD Decrypter? or do I have to use some other software to set it?

Rip the DVD in "File" Mode and select all of the Files....
